Acorn processing - testa removal

Does anyone have any tips for removing the testa? I've tried soaking for 3 minutes and drying in the oven at 250 for 20 minutes. Neither method worked. I've also just ground up the acorns with the testa attached, but I think that adds to my leaching time. Thanks!

Thanks! I saw that post on acorn mush and although testas are mentioned, there was NO information about how to remove them. That's what I'm looking for!
