Hi permie community!
A little over 1 year ago, I collected & inoculated myself with indigenous microorganisms (IMOs) via Korean Natural Farming methods.
Since then, I've gotten sick dramatically less & it's really improved my life!

For me, self-inoculation with IMOs has been a very empowering citizen science experiment that's gone so much better than I ever imagined.
Read the full process & learn about research that informed me via this article I published on the decentralized content blockchain Steemit:

I'm so curious to know what everyone thinks, and I hope this experiment helps other people too.
All best,
Jennings

I do essentially the same thing as a lifestyle: Gather garden vegetables. Shred them. Ferment them. Eat them. I call it kraut-chi, or wine, or vinegar. Or I eat root crops, directly out of the garden without washing. Seems to be the same principle at work.

Hi Jennings,

have you thought about using pills with enteric coating to put your IMO in?

Because most of the bacteria get killed by the stomach acid. If you put your IMO into pills with enteric coating, you could avoid this problem, but risk some pathogenic bacteria in the intestine.
Good to know about you getting better

Here a link to wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enteric_coating

you can buy empty pills for quite cheap, but as I did never buy any cannot recommend a brand.
Best

Every time you till, you lose 30% of your organic matter. But this tiny ad is durable:
