Beautiful, private, 20 years organic, 15 years we used biodynamic preparations and composting.

A great place for self-sufficient living, gardening, farming, horses. Private 60 acres, owner built home, barn, stable, well water for drinking, wood stove, some solar power, offices separate from house.

Cumberland river frontage--ridgetop (1200 feet) 8-9 acres pasture, remaining mature timber.

Nine mature pecan trees, two apple trees, fig, peach, sour cherry trees, large asparagus patch.  Electric to three places on property, so could develop community living.  Reduced to $229,000!!!

Great neighbors, local food co-op and community interest in local food production.

Located outside of Burkesville, KY
2.5 hours from Nashville, 1.5 hours from Cookeville, TN.
2.5 hours from Louisville and Lexington, 1.5 hours from Bowling Green

I checked out your photos at the Blogspot page and the realtor's page.  Very beautiful.  As that an octagonal cabin you built?  I am not in the market myself, but I just wanted to say good luck to you!  Also, perhaps I am an idiot, or perhaps I am misreading your post, but I found no way at the realtor's site to search by your MLS#.  Just FYI.

Is this farm still for sale? It was quite some time ago and we are interested.

I have contacted the RE company.
Thanks!
