We are super happy to announce that we just launched a Crowdfunding campaign to help fund our latest film, Fermentation Revolution.



Fermentation Revolution is an educational documentary in which food entrepreneurs, authors and all-around fermentation geeks David Coté and Sébastien Bureau share with you the ins and outs of traditional fermentation processes with a modern twist.

Homemade fermentation is a low-cost probiotic panacea ! It prolongs the life of your food, revives the immune system, soothes the digestive and nervous systems, regulates metabolism, wakes up your taste buds and brighten all meals! The film is being produced in two versions, English and French, so we filmed everything twice, and the editing also
requires almost double the work

We're currently shooting for a mid-May release date, but we're working hard to finish the film as soon as possible. 
The final product will be available in digital download format (720p and 1080p versions) and on DVD.

Our rewards for this campaign also include reproduction prints from Québec artist Eric Chouteau (sanscravate.ca),
who's working on illustrations to spice up the film. Here's one of the illustrations he's working on:

The project is now live. Shipping has started, we are still experiencing some delays with EU customs, but it shouldn't be long before we can ship everywhere.

For those curious of what the DVD sets will look like, here is a preview from Olivier's computer.

Will Holland wrote:I can't wait for my dvds to arrive. I tried to stream one of the first parts last night (16 minutes) and it took me over 35 minutes with it freezing and re-buffering because we can only get lousy Internet service here.

Try deactivating the HD streaming, will help you still get access to the content with your slow internet. Will take few more days for the DVD sets to ship, but we are getting really close !

We're working on it, pre-orders will be fulfilled in the coming days! Please also keep in mind Kickstarter backers who chose the DVD version still havent received their reward. They are our top priority.

That is right, our server suffered a power outage and is now back and running.

Streaming Kickstarter backers have started receiving their access information to watch the videos online! We're sending them in batches throughout the day! ‪
