PEP BB electricity.straw.lightcircuit - Add a lighting circuit and circuit breaker

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Electricity.

In this Badge Bit, you will add a breaker and install a light circuit.  Sick of using a headlamp to explore the crawlspace?  Time to install some lights on their own circuit!

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
  - install a new breaker
  - at least 2 light fixtures

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, provide proof of the following as pics or video (less than two minutes):
  - the breaker box before and after the breaker installation
  - the area before and after the light fixtures are installed
  - the work in progress
