       - spring, summer and fall water
       - introduce plants that attract dragonfly food
       - aquatic plants for dragonfly breeding
       - at least 20 square feet of water surface

 - where the dragonfly habitat will be built and your materials
 - progress of building the dragonfly habitat
 - completed dragonfly habitat that obviously meets the minimum requirements
