Minimum Requirements for this BB:
 - Convert a vehicle to wood or charcoal gasification (joint project with Tool Care)
     - Plus 10 points of Tool Care (Wood/Iron)
     - Street legal, capable of 60mph and 40 mile range

To document your completion of the BB, provide the photos or video (<2 min) of the following:
 - The supplies and vehicle you're starting with
 - Partway through the conversion
 - The finished street legal vehicle
 - Demonstrate the vehicle has 60mph and 40 mile range
