Organize a Seedling Swap - PEP BB community.straw.seedling

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Community.

In this Badge Bit, you will organize a seedling swap!

This BB has a point range from 1/2 to 5 points:
 - 4-5 people = ½ point
 - 6 people = 1 point
 - 1/2 point for every additional person, maximum of 5 points

The minimum requirements for this BB are:
 - Run a seedling swap
 - Organize date/location
 - At least half the people need to have brought seedlings to the swap

To document this Badge Bit, provide proof of the following as pictures or a video (<2 mins):
- planning the seedling swap
- conducting outreach about the seedling swap
- people at the seedling swap
