This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Food Prep and Preservation.

For this badge bit, you will roast 4 pans of food!  This is similar to the PEP BB for Roast four pans of food so maybe you can get that one too.

Minimum requirements:
- Roast 4 pans of food
  - At least one is in cast iron
  - At least 1 with a lot of potatoes
  - At least 1 with a lot of sunchokes
  - Meat is optional

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
   - Give the recipes for each things you are roasting
   - Preparing pans of food to be roasted
   - Putting the pans of food in to be roasted
   - Taking the pans of food out after roasting (must meet the minimum requirements stated above)
