Does this mean that the cookie sheet needs to be made out of cast iron? Or can I roast food in a cast iron skillet?

Thanks for the clarification!

My 4 pans of food:

1. Zucchini squash and onion pan, cooked in a rocket oven at Wheaton Labs. Recipe: summer squash varieties and onion, diced, and seasoned with bee balm seasoning salt
2. Sunchoke mix: sunchokes, carrots, parsnips, and purple cabbage, chopped and drizzled with olive oil and red wine vinegar
3. Tofu-broccoli bake recipe: 8 oz. tofu, diced, along with broccoli florets and one cup of quinoa, toasted a bit in sesame oil
4. Potato Lasagna recipe: use a mandolin to slice potatoes, squashes and tomatoes, line a pan with them, layering in cooked sausage and cheese.

the last three were cooked at home in my oven.

I roasted a pan of winter squash, potatoes, carrots (and other root vegetables), and sunchokes. The sunchokes were roasted in a cast iron pan in a rocket oven. For all pans of food I used 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tbsp coconut oil and cooked each at 400deg and monitored until fully cooked.

Here is my submission!
1: "Lot of sunchokes" plus carrot, onion, broccoli, herbs and oil.  Roast at 400 til it's done, mix up halfway thru.
2: Sweet potatoes, onions, hot dog, carrots, herbs and oil.  Roast at 400 til it's done, mix up halfway thru.
3: Roast rabbit
4: "Lot of potatoes, in cast iron in rocket oven" plus turnip.  Roast at 300-500 til it's done (it's a rocket oven so I wasn't too concerned with the exact temp)

Note: way to cook, Chef Mike! How was hot dogs and sweet potato combo? sounds weird!
