Neat, I'm the first one to apply for the Food Prep Straw badge!!!

This took way longer than I thought.  Some of the food preservation tasks I had to redo multiple times (fermentation, I'm looking at you) cuz it's so easy to take the pictures up front and miss one in process and think you have them when you go to submit the batch.

restart cast iron

6 quarts of stock
cook sunchokes
make 4 soups
bake 6 things
roast 4 things
fry 12 things
cook 4 things on an open fire
make 2 dairy
make 2 condiments
make 2 gravies
Grind 2 grains
Render fat

Pressure can 2 things
water bath can 3 things
Store 6 things in living state
Dry 6 things
Fermentat 4 things
Process grain for storage

Note: Good job!
