I made soft cheese and nut milk. They're in the list.
Recipe Soft Cheese: I started with Bulgarian yoghurt and had the whey drip out until it looked and tasted like Cream Cheese. In part of it I added some herbs.
The yoghurt it started with (50% discount because it was at its last selling date).

After many of the whey dripped out (which I drank) I hung it to drip some more.
Then it looked like this. After this photo I flattened it a little.
Half of it I left 'naturelle', in the other half I added herbs.
Nutmilk, recipe: mixed nuts (not roasted), first soaked in water for some hours. Then put in the blender (with new water) and mixed until it looked like milk. Sieved through a piece of cloth. Then I had two products: the Nutmilk and the 'pulp'. The last one I added to a soup, the milk I used to bake
pancakes.
