Here's a gentleman showing us one way to do it:


Minimum requirements:
  - Craft an open tool box from sheet metal
  - At least 18" long, 6" wide and 3" deep
  - With a handle

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The project underway
  - The finished project with dimensions if it isn't obviously big enough
