I have wanted to start my own community for years but I did not feel I was ready to do it by myself.
For me it was the financing and all the other hard details that I felt I could not manage alone. It seemed like there was a lot of risk and I was not ready to take that on without help.
A few years ago I had the good fortune to travel with Paul to the Exit and Build Summit in Bastop Texas. I got to meet John and Rebecca Bush and hear about their success first hand.
Their story really inspired me and since then I have thought much more seriously about getting my community started.
