Turn plastic into a scoop - PEM BB wastestreams.sand.scoop

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Waste Streams.

Plastic containers are occasionally unavoidable to purchase.  Lets get a second use out of them by making a scoop!
