Consecutive Day 115

It is the quiet before the storm On Narrow Pond.....an era is coming to and end here for me at Wheaton Labs as I begin to prepare to move from being a Boot a Wheaton Labs to Ant Village.

If you want, you can follow me On Narrow Pond via my Ant Village thread.

Remember how Fred pointed out there was water collecting on the lid of our well house? Here's the data I'm beginning to collect to try to replicate it.

Consecutive Day 117

The last two days have been rainy  -sweeeet for the plants!

Yesterday we took a look at how our road work held up to heavy rain and started making gates for the three human gates.

Consecutive Day 119

The Well.  Remember the Well?  ah yes, better know as the Mouth Down into Hell; drop anything into its depths and your life will descend into misery and despair.
Keep the Mouth Into Hell closed; don't be tempted. You've been warned.

...even if you recover, you'll be flushing your cistern.

I love your picture book display of more info about the lab and what happens there (should you accept your mission) on a typical day on a likely project.

Thanks for loving my pictorial on Wheaton Lab's Boot life!

Martha Hernandez wrote:.... (should you accept your mission)....

not sure what you mean by the content between the parenthesis..... hmmm.....It could mean you'd like more pictures on what happens on a typical day on a likely project....

...to which I would respond, I've completed that mission...I've shown everything we've done via pictures every single day, without missing a day, of what happens in the Boot Camp.

You'd need to view all these pics and videos the get the feeling that there isn't a typical day nor a single project  -but the work is real and it really does happen between 8am till noon and 1pm till 5pm.

I've also written text to tell about things for which there are no pictures.  Beyond this, you would get only my opinion of these going ons......but you'd get a biased opinion 'cause in general, I like what is going on here.

I hear you are coming!?!?  Good! Come on a weekend and I'll put you to work On Narrow Pond and give you all the inside info which will be useful to you actually being here.....and not really useful for anything or any where else :)

If you don't make it by the end of July though, you'll miss my inside scoop and you'll have to wait until I return early next spring .

Yes yes yes I'm  coming ! I'm leaving Florida end of July just have to finish the work I started here so can't leave these folks in the lurch without an excellent massage therapist to take my place!
Lauren what I like most about the pictorial is that I get to see what's going on there I mean I have my imagination and all that but I just really treasure what you've done there I really appreciate it! I know I'm going to love it there so I just can't wait to get there! if you're leaving before the end of July I'll probably have to catch you some other time which is a little sad for me. I'm looking forward to hopefully working on that greenhouse and I'm boning up on beekeeping because I like to do that in a horizontal Hive I've been eating up the videos and I love the information bees have followed me all my life I even dream about them critters! They leave me little messages and nature all the time! I will peruse your pictorial once again and sorry for the late reply I'm working two jobs out here and saying goodbye to everyone is taking a little longer than I thought! I don't know if it's very good but I'm happy that everyone is sad to see me go.on the other hand I couldn't be happier for myself coming up there I just cannot wait! I hope to see you soon and if not I hope to see you when I see you!
