Hmm, less than 10 days till I show up there and you guys still haven't turned up the heat outside... I might have to start wearing long pants and a jacket, and trade out this thinned southern California blood for my old midwest blood, I hope I can find it in all the boxes!

On the plus side, I get to use the Cottage Rocket (I'm a big RMH fan), and I'm leaving what is now officially considered the least affordable housing market in the USA: "The median home price in San Diego rose 14.3% in January to $764,000. When OJO looked at the median home price and local incomes, the two factors pushed San Diego’s unaffordability score to the top of the list, surpassing San Francisco."

I'm betting my wofati costs will come in a *bit* lower than that...
