A friend of mine is searching for a large area of land in mainland USA to do some training for his team. His organisation is www.sonsoflibertyinternational.com. He can pay a small useage fee. No accomodation needed and no weapon testing. Can anyone help?

How much land? How many people? How many days. What kind of landscape, ie: do they want buildings to use for training, or are they more interested in field and stream? What Nationalities of participants. When?

What Jim said.  Who will be responsible for clean  up?  What kind of sanitation, camping, parking is needed.  How close to restaurants or motels?

If they need nothing other than raw land, check out using BLM(Bureau of Land Manangement) or National Forest Land; in the desert (in some places), you can even shoot on BLM land without need for permits, fees, etc.
