Hello all,
My name is Wendy and I'm trying to decide which type of house to build. I have built a 14 foot yurt before and its a lot of work. Then I saw the cord wood round houses. I want a 30 foot home that is round and has a loft in it. The reason I want round is because we live in a area prone to hurricans. I raise goats, mini horses, turkeys and diamond doves. I was toying with the idea of raising the house 6 foot off the ground to house my animals underneath this way the heat from them would rise in to my home. We need some thing cost effective and this home would be totally off grid. Any ideas??
