Mind blown.  Cooling by as much as 40C below ambient temperature in dry climates.  Allows emission in infrared rays.

Thoughts?

A heat transducer....?  I have no idea what to call it, but its cool that it can exploit lowering resistance to heat loss by selective radiation. A reverse selective absorber like solar thermal absorbers.

Always cool when a materials arrangement can do work without moving parts. High technology if it is practical and works.
