What? your lawn mower usually explodes? that can't be good.
Most of the issues I've heard of with electrics are lack of power (normally this means the owner is trying to mow very tall grass which the mower wasn't designed to do).
Battery goes down too fast (usually caused by the owner not realizing how much power the mower really needs to do the job they have).
My wife was looking at some of the battery powered electrics and by asking
enough questions we determined we would need at least 40 volts to do our back yard (3/4 acre)
We also found out that for any length of time of no use, a trickle charger is the way to go.
Wife then decided to stick with our current light hydrocarbon (
gasoline) powered mower
