Real names???

So... what happened to this topic? Did you delete the whole thread? I thought this policy was written in stone.
If you've abandoned the don't ask don't tell "real name" policy, can I change my name back? Please?

Yes, there it is. I admit I don't seem to have much luck using the search engine here so I only looked in the meaningless drivel folder.

Anyway, I thought all the people with non-real sounding names were going to get locked out. Did that happen? All of the Hatfield and McCoys are still posting - though I guess technically they are "real sounding" names.

We've been hoping people will change without too much prompting, but I think things are due to be tightened up very soon.

I was actually just thinking that I hadn't seen many Hatfields or McCoys lately. Maybe I just don't notice the names now.

I take it back, there's still a few Hatfields or McCoys out there!

My grade 5 teacher Mr. O'Donahue had a very thick old yardstick which was used on the kids. He wasn't accustomed to waiting months for compliance.
