4.6 acres Missouri Ozarks land with canvas tent, wood stove, and tools

I have 4.6(maybe 4.7, I have to check with the county clerk) for sale in Southeast Missouri. The property has no building codes or permitting needed. And if you want to live in a tent it is move in ready. It sits on a paved state maintained "highway" that see maybe 40 cars on a busy Saturday. It is 2-3 miles from the nearest gas station and farm store. 17-18 miles from the nearest town with a grocery store, hardware store, dollar general, bank, and its about 45 miles from the nearest town with big box stores and Walmart. So its secluded but not so remote you can't run into town. There are maybe 15 people living on the same road. The nearest house is across the street maybe 300 yards up. That house has power and water so there is access nearby but my property is off grid with no hookups. There is an easement through the drive way to the hunting property behind, he owns about 120 acres but hasn't been in the area hunting or used the property for a least 4 years. The property is at the lower elevation of a valley or holler as they call them out here. Across the road a pasture for cows starts at about the same elevation. It faces south and gets sun all day. The sun does rise a little late and set a little early because of surrounding hills but its got good solar exposure.
With the land included in the price is a 5 man arctic army tent with liner and wood stove. Also 2 arctic army sleeping bags, propane camp stove, pallets for building, 2 ibc totes for water( I will get them hooked up in the next few days, I also built a pallet shed that is 2 8'x8' squares, making it 16ft x 8ft. One area is a shed area currently and the other is an outdoor kitchen. I am also leaving all the tools(chainsaw, Axe, hatchet, saws, hammers, etc) I rode in on a bicycle with camping gear and that's all I'm taking with me, everything else stays. Property taxes are around $18-$20 a year but will increase if you build a permenant structure.
