I am hoping that more people might include thier location in thier profile. When trying to learn from others experiences the location is a major factor. What is relevant in one part of the country (or world) may not be useful at all in another area.

Sort of like using Rhubarb in an Apple tree guild - good advice only if you can grow Rhubarb in your climate. Some Peppers like to grow in the a little shade here but I'm guessing that up north they are all going to want full sun.

I agree that someone's climate and geography makes huge difference to what advice/ideas/experiences is useful.
Of course your exact location is your secret, but some general info is really helpful.
Go into 'my profile', page top, right, expand 'general info about yourself' and enter useful stuff.
You can put it location info in your signature if you like, which is at the bottom of 'general info about yourself'.
I think you can't get too detailed really. Actually, I'm going to find out my average annual rainfall and add that to my location!

Wellington, New Zealand. Coastal, sandy, windy, temperate , average rainfall 1270mm

It would be super helpful if everyone would give their location.

There's still loads of people with no climate/location/geographic info.
Please, please put something in!
