So I added mulch but now I’m having leaves grow but holes keep appearing can I use neem seed on the soil? Or is it to early and it will kill the plant

I’m not sure it’s possible to kill a blackberry, at least not the ones I have. I doubt the bugs eating on the leaves will cause the plant much issue. Neem is a cool product. It’s a top rate fungicide and insecticide. Kind of a one stop shop.

I wouldn't worry about that blackberry. It'll do just fine . . . until one day it takes over your entire world and leaves you wondering how to eradicate it. Water, mulch, go out there at night and pee around the base . . . and it'll soon go crazy with growth.
