Hi All;
This was my favorite cheese to buy ...when you could find it!
Very expensive compared to others. Seasonally made. Not many stores carried it.
For two years now it just has not been available anyplace we shopped.
Liz found it! And she bought it for me for my birthday! Whoo Hoo! Birthdays not till June but she took pity and gave it to me early!
In a #5 wheel !  OMG talk about an abundance of  goodness!
I quickly cut it open and ate some... Then repackaged in smaller amounts with my vacuum sealer.
If you haven't tried it and its available where you shop, I highly recommend it!
They also have one with Irish whiskey but this is my favorite!

Sounds amazing! I just came home with a new type of pecan praline Canadian whiskey that I think would finish it off nicely. I'll definitely keep an eye out for this.
