What can I do to help these two pawpaw trees. They are very slow growers and well behind the others. Is this Nitrogen deficiency?

In the files section of the Pawpaw Fanatics Facebook page, check of the nutrient deficiencies PDFs. It looks like they are a little dried out and may need some water. Based on Weather Underground (https://www.wunderground.com/history/monthly/us/al/huntsville/KHSV), Huntsville, AL hasn't gotten rain in about two weeks. Once the leaves drop for this year, I'd suggest adding compost over the soil to help with any nutrient deficiencies.

Young paw paw likes to grow in shade for the first 3-5 years. They look a bit sun burnt to me.

I have a small wire cage that goes around these and I put white shade cloth 50% so they are shaded from noon through the rest of the day.
I just removed the shade from the other 5 trees yesterday since they are twice the size and I will keep an eye out for sunburn on those.

Put some blood meal on them. They are turning dark green. May have to apply some dilute piss later. Variety is the spice.
