That's a Luna moth! Their caterpillars are big and fat, lime green like the color of the adult wings.

I had one on the bathroom window for a half-day.  They are huge, and stunning!

Oh, it looks absolutely beautiful! I love moths, there are a big variety of them, some are really interesting and pretty rare. Love this one so much
