It looks like a walnut to me.

Don't know what it is, but don't think it's a walnut (or related).  The leaflets on the nut tree are directly opposite, in his pic they alternate.



You can see the veins differ too.

not walnut. original pic doesn't have pinnate leaves, but simple leaves in alternate spacing. looks kinda like a persimmon...but i don't know the trees in your area well at all, so it may be a number of things.

Could it be feijoa - Acca sellowiana?

I actually planted 2 of those a few years ago and just this week uncovered it. The other one flowered this year...

Mah... dont think it’s feijoa. The leaves are different plus these are alternate and feijoa is not.

Yeah i think yu are right. Probably planted it and it got covered by weeds.
