Greetings from hot, dry, steep, coniferous foothills outside Walla Walla, WA. I am looking for someone with Perm experience in similar conditions to consult with.

Hello,
I have lived in south-central Washington for over a decade and just submitted my final design exercise (FDE) for my permaculture design course (awaiting feedback and certification).  I live in an area that gets about 25-in rain per year and is mostly pine, fir, and oak with a very dry summer season.  I have started implementing my FDE plans on the site and am excited to report progress on swales and hugelkulture beds as two priorities.  Interested in continuing the conversation?
