Try brushing your teeth with a toothpaste that includes hydrogen peroxide. Also try rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. It will taste terrible and be sure to rinse with water afterwards.
Camomille , peppermint , fennelseeds and garden sage in a 30/30/10/30 ratio, make tea and flush it through the teeth.
Or dilute bees propolis in very strong alcohol and rinse with it.
hi, try gargling/ brushing teeth with sodium bicarbonate (= baking soda) or salt (dont overdo the baking soda as it can erode enamel eventually when over-used). Both create an alkaline oral cavity which suppresses bacteria that cause gingivitis. Sage, rosemary and thyme are all great antibacterial herbs, fennel seed strengthens gums. A pinch of cayenne per cup can improve blood flow to the sore gums. Xylitol is a good sweetener, either to rinse, on its own or in foods to kill bacteria, harmless for humans but unfortunately it is very bad for dogs and other pets.
Brushing the tongue, not just the teeth, is helpful but the practice takes some getting used to. I am still working on it..
Are you also in lockdown with no dentist in sight?
I use a product called "tooth and gum formula." The ingredients are bayberry root bark, white oak bark, echinacea, tea tree oil, cayenne pepper, and the essential oils of clove and peppermint. Any time my gingivitis flares up, this is the only thing that brings it quickly under control.
