This looks so cool and doesn't require any electricity or neon stuff!

(pic from:  https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2015046)

I originally saw this tight, albeit looks plastic, version on LinkedIn:  https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6752550633120796672/ (not sure if you have to be logged in to see that one). But I think the YouTube version made out of wood at the top, is even better!

Who knew this was a thing?

This is a thread for celebrating all kinds of gadget-y things that might be a permaculture or homesteading solution. Things that work off-grid, are compostable/recyclable, are made or used by hand, solve a problem, stack functions, etc.

Whatcha got (or found on the Internet) that's like this?

Jocelyn, that sign is way cool.  The only problem is I would need to buy a business to go with it!

The coolest thing I ever bought was a jar opener.  I bought it at a local event.  A man used scrap lumber and saw blades to make them.

I tried to find a wood one. It looked like this:

The one I use now looks like this:

While I was looking for the wooden jar opener I found these neat silicone dishwashing gloves that look cool:

This door knob gripper looks like it could be handy too:

Oh, I love that wooden jar opener! Something about wood and metal things in the home, or business, just adds a different level of enjoyment for me.

Great gadgets, Anne!
