Lesson 14: Bugle
Bugle is a very useful herb for wounds, liver and lung issues and even a heart tonic.

Are you referring to Ajuga?

We had this many years ago when we lived in Dallas.  I loved it because it was a great ground cover. I just never have grown it since then and certainly didn't know about medicinal back then.

Thanks for the memory.

Yep - you might have noticed that I hesitated when giving the names, because I blanked on the Latin.  It is a pretty ornamental!
