As with the apple trees I have four blueberry bushes that I just don't know where to permanently plant yet I would like to know what is best to companion plant in their 5 gallon grow bags given they have a fairly acidic soil with peat moss and an organic acid loving plants supplements.

I like to look at nature's model. In the wild, blueberries are clearcut first-responders, along with cane fruit like raspberries and blackberries. I would think about what grows at different trophic levels that have similar pH requirements.

Potatoes and strawberries both are said to.like highly acidic soil.
I have tried to establish strawberries on.my blueberry barrels without success.
What has worked alongside the blueberries is tomatoes,  both plant had good crops growing in the same 70% peat soil.

I just want to clarify I will be keeping the berry bushes in their grow bags for probably another year I am just wondering what else I can plant in the grow bags with them I suppose it's more companion planting than a complete permaculture guild.

Yaupon holly seems to do well with blueberries. I have also considered planting tea plants among them because they can share the same pH profile. Do avoid blackberries, and cane fruits in general as they can easily overwealm the blueberries. I had to removed around over 100 blackberry canes that exploded and consumed my blueberry row.
