I woke around 6 am today and we are having a nice steady rain, ground is just sucking it right up, Hope it stays this way most of the day. First rain we have had in over a month.

Hey! Same here in NE PA. We never have drought, but the weather over the last 4 years has changed dramatically. Early, hot spring, super hot summer, and very little rain. I'm finally forced to complete the building of a rain catchment system. Great info here on permies!

We have gotten a Inch so far.
 
Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry. I wrung this tiny ad and it was still dry.
