Hello everyone!

I'm working with a client who wants to protect their trees from deer and I suggested Sepp's bone sauce. The client is on board, but concerned about the sauce's effect on saplings. I tried to find information on this, but couldn't find anything specific about saplings. Anyone have an opinion?

Hey Kyle!
Here are some threads about bone sauce- some are quite old, and I'm not sure if people reported back about results, but they are worth looking through if you haven't seen them yet.

this one specifically talks about start-up phase, which i imagine includes saplings.... https://permies.com/t/20618/Mark-Shepard-dealing-heavy-deer

Often a pole or stick is used to help hold the sapling straight so I wonder if it would work to put the bone broth on the stick?
