This isn't a palnt I was familiar with I purchased them when I ordered some jerusalem artichokes.
I planted them next to my squash and melons in the greenhouse and the vines climbed onto and up with the bigger vines.
I was surprised at the quantity that I ended up with. Now what do you do with them? Raw they tast like a raw hard potato. I've julienned them up and used them with stir fry and braised vegetables any other suggestions?
