This plant is not native, but it has a lot of uses. The one I am most interested in is as a shampoo/soap.
Is there anyone out there that knows if the liquid from within the flower head (the "shampoo") is capable of being stored? I know that you can cut the flower and squeeze the liquid out and use it as is, but I am having a hard time finding out how to store it.
Yes, it can be frozen for yearly use. Or put in the fridge for a couple of mo ths. I dont know exact time. But definitely filter it a bit before storage.
