What can you grow in two rows of 3x3 beds, with an arch trellis between?

One three x 9 row of beds:    lettuce, arugula, cosmos, dill, chard, eggplant, pole beans, spoon tomatoes, cucumber, endive, parsley, garlic.

Other:   paste tomato,  cayenne pepper, fennel, marigolds, stevia, canary melon, cucamelon, more chard, kale,  beets, mustard, lemon basil, runner beans

I have seen many articles on the topic and its amazing what volume can be grown.
A search will have many pop up.
I would try mini gardens, postage stamp garden, balcony gardens for a start.

I'm not dead! I feel happy! I'd like to go for a walk! I'll even read a tiny ad:
