Welcome to Permies.  I have zero experience with geese.   To provide rapid feedback, my thoughts are a heat lamp or taking the babies inside in a box …or both.   As I said, I have zero experience with geese, so take the advice of any experienced  person over mine.

Hi Judi,
I must also say that I do not have experience with geese (yet... I want to get some), but I do know that geese, and most birds in general, do not feel the cold the same way that mammals do. I would observe the gosling and see if it looks to be sick or shivering or generally not doing well. It might just not be cold enough to need it much. Or it could be that goose is not a good mother.

Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.
