If anybody is interested in a large ranch style home on over 5 acres in Ogallala Nebraska please send me a private message. Dad has passed and she wants to move closer to family. She is only asking $150,000.00. The house is really two houses in one. Full 3bed two bath up and full 3 bed 1 bath down, so you could have a rental downstairs to help pay a mortgage. Plus a permie could have a nice place to grow in good Nebraska soil.
