Permaculture(ish) farm manager position in Finland, MN

I ran across this opportunity and thought someone here might want to pursue it. The job listing doesn't use the word permaculture, but it seems like a checklist of topics people here are into. And maybe, as the manager, you could steer things in a more permaculture direction.
