How to Use Leftover Whey is the most thorough guide to whey around. Learn why I see whey as a resource rather than a waste product, and how I make use of it in the kitchen, garden, and around the homestead. Also includes recipes for whey ricotta and Norwegian whey cheese (gjetost).

I wish there was an option to buy I could use for this...would love to have this ebook and it's so affordable.

I started to purchase it with my debit card and paypal wants too much info...I cut ties with them years ago...at least as much as possible.

Sorry to hear that Paypal is being tricky.

If you are OK with Kickstarter, I currently have this available as one of the goodies at the $1 level. Here's the link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/706848724/make-your-own-cheese-natural-small-batch-cheesemaking-book?ref=1nzyel
