I love it when someone commissions me to make a gift for their loved ones. It is not merely a sign that they like my wood carvings and baskets, but it is a greater sign of value in that they want to give someone special something special. And, it is a sign of trust. I’m always grateful when people buy my work, but it is extra special when they tell me it is for a gift!
