I am looking for a self motivated couple who can expand the farm in several directions, while letting me retire and enjoy the woods, creeks and dogs.

I was wondering if there was a home on this farm and my girls have horses , 2 total . Is this a problem . I am from this area of West Virginia and Ohio along the river . I grew up working farms since my great grandfather and uncles were farmers but when I got old enough started a career on the water as a merchant marine . I am looking to get into farming on a larger scale . I did grow a successful half acre garden this year to kind of refresh myself on the work involved .
