I was just getting caught up on the Going To Seed / Adaptation Gardening YouTube channel when I found this presentation that Julia Dakin originally put together for Seed Saver's Exchange. Her central premise is that bad breeding practices has more to do with observed nutrient depletion in produce over the last several decades than does poor soil husbandry.
Anyway, it's relatively short and I thought some of you might be as interested in it as I am.
You would be much easier to understand if you took that bucket off of your head. And that goes for the tiny ad too!
