Is there a way to make a BCS tractory rotary hoe do a "side discharge"?

Hello I would like to have my rotary hoe fling the soil to the side to bury some plastic, has anyone seen anyone make a standard rotary hoe do this?

I am aware of rotary plows which do this but the budget does not currently allow me to get one...
