Lentil soup with broccoli stem and potatoes

Put on the oil, add the diced onion, add paprika powder.

At the lentils that have been in the water for 24 hours. Add carrots, potatoes, broccoli stems. Cook for an hour.

Enjoy!

Hi Krisz, was this supposed to be a BB submission -- maybe for https://permies.com/wiki/102827/pep-food-prep-preservation/cook-soup-stew-pottage-chowder? Or was it supposed to be a general, hey, check out this soup I make and maybe posted in https://permies.com/f/17/cooking instead of here in PEP?

Also, I like anything that uses up broccoli stems -- I hate the waste.

Oh neat! Is it for the BB that I linked to? You're supposed to post your submission as a response to that thread rather than creating a new thread for it.
