Mr Squirrel assembles a Real Good chair

While I was looking around the internet for ideas for chairs for the auditorium at The Project, I ran across this chair:

I think the chair is not quite what's wanted (It says it will store flat, but after watching the assembly video, it would take a lot of time to disassemble.)
