OK, I finally have a composting system set up outside! And I'd like to get a Bokashi type machine inside which I can put meat and citris into with the ingredients which break it down. Thus being able to compost the things that most people can't do in their standard set up.

Who here has one? Which type is simplest? I'm guessing I have to buy refills of the goo that has the beneficial bacteria which make the whole thing work? Balancing cost with ease of opperation, I need something that is simple, not wanting to make one of my own, just wanting to buy one, my husband and I aren't handy DIY types.

I have not shopped Bokashi. Are there really so many too chose from?
